Yoga and meditation are though, separate in nature yet they can be very well combined. The combination will give the wholistic picture. For overall growth, the Yoga and meditation need to be combined. One must learn all the techniques of Yoga and meditation. Each technique has its own significance. After performing yoga techniques, if you perform meditation, the results are phenomenal. Because one of the requirements of sitting in meditation is that you should be little tired. After performing yoga asanas, you certainly become tired. So, both yoga and meditation can be combined. These are complimentary to each other.
