Dear friends, let us first understand ‘Anxiety’. When the things are not happening the way you want, you become anxious. When you want to do certain things before time and it does not happen, you become anxious. When you want to achieve something very big but do not know the requisites for it and that thing does not happen, you become anxious. It is a state of agitation in mind which creates a kind of confusion. The person does not know which way to go, he becomes anxious. Add to it, when no direction is forthcoming guiding him the right kind of action required to be taken to accomplish certain work, the person becomes anxious. Breathing in happens automatically. Once you are with yourself in a perfect state of awareness and understanding, there is no scope of anxiety.

You get out of your body at the subtle level and observe yourself. You come to terms with the reality. And that is how the anxiety vanishes. ‘Chakra Dhyan is for sure Yoga Nidra technique for anxiety. You start realizing the inner process and how the body functions and is controlled. That is a great stress buster when you come to terms with reality. That is where the knowledge steps in and you are rid of anxiety. By ‘Weight shredding Dhyan’ you get to become cool and light. The muscles start relaxing and so is the anxiety vanishes.
