Meditation must be practiced everyday. Everyday you want to remain hale and hearty. The only involvement is a little time. It is a very good deal that in a short span of time, you reap rich harvest of health and well being. Generally you should meditate two times a day i.e . just before lunch and also again just before dinner. In both the situations, you will be little hungry and little tired. These are the perfect conditions for meditation. Duration of meditation should be about 15 to 20 minutes. One should not over meditate. For our daily routine life, that much is enough. But you must meditate everyday.
